Luxe Lash Co usually ships same day on all orders placed before 2 pm CST. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours, during business days.
​Luxe Lash CO is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please double check your address is CORRECT.
SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
Luxe Lash Co usually ships same day on all orders placed before 2 pm CST. (depending on business day/holidays and volume). If not shipped same day all orders are processed within 24-48 hours.

Shipments are processed on normal working business days, Monday-Friday.

We may experience a high volume of orders during sales and holidays, and you may experience shipping and processing delays.

Luxe Lash Co is not responsible for lost packages if the wrong address was entered. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide an accurate address and contact information. We DO NOT and CANNOT edit customer's addresses in anyway.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Standard shipping is on average 1-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you selected during check out, and the location of your shipping address. Delivery time includes processing and shipping time.
USPS First Class and Priority shipping times are only estimates not guaranteed.

USPS First Class is estimated 5+ business days to arrive. As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive.

Once your parcel leaves shipping times are dependent on carrier.

If you have order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered") you must contact our Customer Service within 7 days after the last tracking update for U.S. domestic shipments.

EXPEDITED SHIPPINGÂ
These times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, mechanical errors, and other unexpected conditions. Expedited shipping does NOT deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

UPS 2nd Day air is a guaranteed 2 business day shipping service. Please note that UPS doesn't deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders placed before 2pm CST will be shipped the same day.

EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange any unused or unopened products within 14 days from the day you received your order.

Liquid products, including adhesive, primers and bonders, and cream-based products cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE.

 Tweezers can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. We know tweezers are very personal, and we want to make sure you find the pair that's right for you. All tweezers are HAND TESTED for quality before being shipped.

Store credits for exchanges will be completed once items are received. When exchanging you are responsible to pay shipping to return the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
​For updated tracking information on your order, please check your confirmation email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at luxelashcony@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:Â 4201 city point W Apt 4215 North Richland Hills TX 76180 and you are required to ship it back.Â
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like liquids. or personalized or custom ordered (pre order). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- We have a 7-day window to report any issues with the delivery of your package.Â
- You are welcome to reach out with any issue after that window has passed, but you may be held responsible for the costs associated with the correction. Â

RETURN WINDOWÂ - 14-day return window
- If you find that the light does not work for you, your space, or your services and would like to return your light you may do so within 14-days after delivery. Â
- The 14-day window begins on your delivery day, even if you did not open the box or use your light for weeks, months, or years later.Â
- You are responsible for all shipping and handling fees FOR RETURN.Â
- Luxe Lash Co has the right to refuse any returns or return requests after the 14-day return window has closed (14 days after the item is delivered to your door).
- PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THIS LIGHT- a refund WILL BE ISSUED once the light is inspected. IF it looks like it was tampered with or damaged in any way, a partial refund will be issued to pay for damages upon inspection.
