Return/Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase however,

• Lash trays are refundable if UNOPENED and returned in 14 days. We can not accept open or used lash trays due to sanitary reasons.
• Tweezers, mirrors and accessories are FINAL SALE. Tweezers are HAND TESTED before being shipped out. Tweezers are only refundable if returned within 14 days due to in transit damage- and will be EXCHANGED ONLY.
• Adhesives/removers and any liquid product is FINAL SALE.  If your adhesive is in fact defective please contact our customer service department.
