Designed for professional use only, the Illuminate Pro System should always be used according to the training provided and all recommended safety procedures. Proper eye protection, correct lamp positioning, and compatible UV/LED adhesives are essential components of safe operation.

Our goal is simple: provide artists with a high-quality, professionally supported system backed by education, safety documentation, and compliance testing—so you can confidently integrate UV/LED technology into your services.

Illuminate Pro™ Limited Warranty

Your Illuminate Pro System is backed by a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use.

If the lamp head experiences a verified manufacturer defect during the warranty period, Luxe Lash Co. will provide one replacement lamp head (head only)

at NO charge (shipping charges may apply).

Warranty does NOT cover:

• Accidental damage, drops, or impact

• Water or liquid damage

• Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications

• Damage caused by improper electrical use or power surges

• Normal cosmetic wear and tear

• Damage resulting from failure to follow the operating instructions

Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
